These terms cover your use of Lenwav and anything you buy here. Placing an order means you accept them.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or have the permission of a parent or guardian, to place an order. You are responsible for the accuracy of the details you give us.

3. Products and availability

All products are subject to availability. We describe them as accurately as we can. Colours vary between screens and measurements are approximate unless given as exact.

4. Pricing and payment

Prices are shown in USD and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise at checkout. Payment is taken when you order.

5. Pricing errors

We check our prices carefully, but if an obvious error slips through we are not obliged to sell at the wrong price. We will contact you, and you can confirm at the correct price or cancel for a full refund.

6. Orders and acceptance

An order is an offer to buy. It is accepted when we send you a dispatch confirmation. If we cannot fulfil an order, for example because an item is out of stock or an address cannot be reached, we will tell you and refund you in full.

7. Shipping and delivery

Delivery estimates are set out in our shipping policy, which forms part of these terms. Estimates are not guarantees.

8. Returns and refunds

Your return rights are set out in our refund policy, which also forms part of these terms.

9. VIP discount and Loyalty Program

Choosing the VIP option applies our current 30% discount to eligible merchandise in that order. The Loyalty Program's intended terms are a 20 day free trial, then $39.99 USD every month, plus any applicable taxes, until cancelled, but automatic enrollment, trial tracking and recurring billing are not active on this store yet: selecting VIP does not create a subscription, does not start a tracked trial, and the membership fee is not charged.

If and when membership enrollment becomes active, you will be able to cancel at any time, with no fee, at Cancel My Subscription or by emailing support@lenwav.com. Selecting VIP is always optional and never required to buy at the normal price.

10. Acceptable use

Please do not attempt to interfere with the site, place fraudulent orders, or resell our products as your own. We may refuse or cancel orders where we reasonably believe this is happening.

11. Intellectual property

The content on this site belongs to us or to our suppliers and may not be copied or reused commercially without permission.

12. Limitation of liability

Nothing in these terms limits your legal rights as a consumer. Beyond those rights, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws applicable where the company is registered, without affecting any mandatory consumer protections available to you locally.

14. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The version published when you place your order is the one that applies to it.
